Alev Erdoğu (EvoLog Logistics Human Resources Manager) said: "We welcomed 230 new colleagues to our family in 2021, the pandemic period, and 104 new colleagues in the first quarter of 2022, and reached a total of 670 people. I can say that youth employment will continue until the end of the year with the increase in our investments in equipment and new services. As a result of our experienced colleagues' sharing their knowledge and experience with our newly recruited employees and acting as their companions, we are known as a "school" in the sector. I can say that a significant part of our corporate culture consists of 'sincerity' and ''sharing knowledge''. The structure of our workforce is gradually getting younger due to the increasing share of the young population in the country's population and the preference of our young colleagues to work predominantly in the service sectors. When we closely look at our workforce structure for the last 3 years, we can see that women outnumber men among office employees. It is pleasing for us to have reached this result under COVID-19 conditions. Due to the aggravation of the responsibilities related to housework and childcare on female employees during the pandemic, women distanced themselves from professional life. As Evolog Logistics, with hybrid and remote working models, we are supporting our female employees to fulfil their multiple responsibilities. In each step we take as Evolog, we act with the awareness of social responsibility. On 8 March International Women's Day and 23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day, which we celebrated with various events, we made donations on behalf of the women and children who participated in the events. As a supporter of the Tohum Autism Foundation, we launched our second classroom in April as part of the "Special Education Classroom Equipping Project". By preferring products made by women entrepreneurs in our welcome packages, we support our women entrepreneurs. We also have an office where the door is always open to our furry friends."
